Liberation of the inner child

"Particularly, the energy of Angel! created immediately many changes within me. My whole body began to shake because of sheer cold. The chill went through all my bones and the chills went on for hours. My teeth were chattering in between too. I needed to go quickly under my blanket to warm up. That did not help. I was shaking more and more, for hours. (...) I remembered, that this was a state of a kind of "rebirth." So I additionally did the breathing techniques that I used at the birth of my two wonderful children to relax. It was nice, that I had the necessary courage to endure my "birth." On this journey I realized, that I could release all those feelings of coldness, lack of support, lack of protection and lack of love, that I have experienced through my whole life. Inner pictures and feelings accompanied my adventure. The next day, after I was finally warm, I felt in my heart, that there was a great relief.
